Abstract : This study aimed to contribute to raising the quality of university education through the reengineering of human resource management functions in public universities, clarifying the quality of the relationship between the reengineering of human resource management functions and the quality of education, making the research a real starting point for applying the reengineering of human resource management functions in building the correct administrative basis to achieve High quality education. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The data was collected by means of a questionnaire. The study population consists of all employees of King Abdulaziz University, whose number is (9874). In view of the large population, a simple random sample was chosen. Where the questionnaire was distributed to the study sample via e-mail and the number of the sample size was (322), all of which are valid for the study, because the answer to all the study paragraphs was mandatory. The study reached many results, including: It became clear to us that the university administration should pay attention to the management of human resources planning because it helps in the quality of education. It became clear to us that the human resources department should pay attention to job descriptions at the university, which contributes to the quality of education in a good way, personal variables have no role Important in the quality of education, through years of experience or educational qualification. The study also recommends several recommendations, including: paying attention to public university education and providing all the aids that help the faculty to carry out their duties to the fullest, providing advanced training opportunities for faculty members to improve the quality of performance, holding conferences and workshops to exchange experiences between different universities.
